I have no immediate plans to move out either. Who needs property ownership anyway, right? Right? Help me…Anyway, since you’re living in an apartment you probably have limited space to express yourself. That’s why I’m here! I want to help you turn that drab apartment into a contemporary condo. How? With custom furniture. Don’t leave this article! Stay here. Stay! I know I almost lost you when I said custom furniture. Listen, it’s not that expensive. A few bigger pieces can really make that contemporary condo shine through. Here’s a few of the custom pieces I recommend. Number one wooden tables and wooden chairs. Don’t get plastic, self-assembled crap. You’re an adult! Remember that. You decorate your apartment with cherry furniture or oak furniture. You also use plastics though. Custom furniture doesn’t have to mean leather furniture. Use some of that money for custom plastic furniture or clear custom furniture. It makes the space airier and allows you to maintain your stylistic integrity. I also recommend a custom couch. Splurge on that sofa! Make sure that piece of furniture is custom furniture. Most of your guests will be using that custom couch so it needs to be nice. The other thing I will tell you is make sure you are sparsely utilizing coffee tables. I know in your house in the 90’s that mom liked coffee tables with knick knacks on them. But we’re not in the 90’s (I know, I know. We’ll get through this together) so don’t do that!
