HVAC cleaning on a schedule

I am one of those motivated people who has a harshly set routine when it comes to cleaning my home. Each and Ivory day of the week is assigned for a particular job so that I don’t typically have to spend my rare weekends doing it all at the same exact time. I found that if I take an hour each day when I get myself back to the beach house from work my beach house stays clean and I generally never seem to be overwhelmed by it. My routine lately has been thrown off quickly because I have begun to notice and increase in the amount of dust collecting on the furniture and mold in the powder room. It seems that I now have to constantly clean more than I used to and that just doesn’t work for me. My good friend told myself and others that it may have to do with the Central Heating and A/C plan in my home. I told him that I am careful to consistently change the filter every several months or so but he said that it easily may be more of a problem with the device itself. He said that it honestly could be a sign of a problem within the device and I should I’m call my Heating and A/C contractor to have it worked on. If the entire Heating and A/C device isn’t running as it should it could definitely interfere with its ability to remove moisture from the air or push the treated air through the filter officially to remove loads of dust and debris. I have taken his advice and called several times to schedule an appointment. The HVAC serviceman will be at my beach house next week and I undoubtedly hope that they can managed to get to the bottom of the problem.
