I have been loyally working at the same task for the past 15 years; I like everything about my task, especially the pay! The only thing that I really dislike is that I usually will have to travel every now and then, and long distances.
- I don’t mind traveling, but some of the locales are way out of state, which is too far for me, however originally, my boss thought I would be paying for staying at a temporary housing locale, and paying for plane tickets.
I told him that I would rather quit then do something like that, so he changed his mind, and now whenever I travel, he pays for corporate suites for me to live in. I don’t mind travelling as much when he pays for most of my stuff, however I would still prefer to stay home. The corporate apartments I live in are incredibly nice, and are furnished apartments. It is incredibly nice to arrive and not have to worry about unpacking a whole bunch of stuff, only the basic necessities. One of the best parts is the tested apartment I live in is only a few hours from where I work. I should only be living in this furnished rental for another month while I finish up my labor here. Then, I will head back home and continue my task back there, and although I already believe that I will absolutely be travelling again in the next few months. All and all, my task is fairly reasonable and easy, so I don’t mind that much, and just wish there was a little bit less travelling.
