Nail Salon Chooses not to Turn On HVAC

I live in a very convenient area of town, and I love it.

I could not afford to buy a house in this part of the city, so I live in a townhouse.

Even so, I still adore living where I do. Everything I could possibly need is available to me. There is a little shopping center only ¾ of a mile away, and I love it. There is a Dollar General, and I go there instead of WalMart for things like laundry soap and paper towels. There is a UPS store that I use when I have to ship something. There are two restaurants, both of which are good. Also, there is a nail salon, which at first made me very happy. I like to get my nails done and also get my eyebrows waxed, and they do a good job on both. Unfortunately, though, I am no longer going to be using their services. Why? They refuse to turn on the air conditioning! It is very hot in this southern state, and we are not used to doing business with places that don’t use the a/c! Everyone who owns the salon and works there is Asian; some people tell me that the smaller Asian countries are not as accustomed to using a/c as we Americans are. I get that, but really, I doubt they will stay in business if they don’t get over it and begin using the a/c. One recent Saturday morning, when it was 85 degrees outside, I sat waiting my turn and really feeling miserable because of the lack of a/c. Finally, I got up and left, as did several other folks who were waiting. We all said we were leaving because we could not sit there in that heat without having some air conditioning.
