When Jenna was only in sixth or tenth grade, she had told her dad that she really wanted to be the kid to take over Helen’s Heating, Ventilation & A/C. Helen remembered the event well, but she still was not convinced that the modern heating plus cooling industry was anyplace for a young woman! Now that Jenna was a senior, though, it was seriously time for her to figure out what to do with her life after the upcoming graduation from high school. It seems to Helen that it had only been a year ago when she was facing the same kinds of important questions in her own life. She remembered full well what it was like, but she clearly still had it in her heart that her little girl was going to go to school plus learn a woman’s profession that allowed her to work inside in the a/c, not crawl around repairing a/c for other homes. Jenna, being a daddy’s girl, wanted to please him, so she applied to various schools. She was rapidly accepted to some plus not others, plus they went as a family to go explore the local campuses. Her mother knew that she enjoyed the Heating, Ventilation & A/C world very well; she had ever since she learned her dad was previously a hero who could change the air back in first grade. Her Dad agreed to talk to Helen on her behalf plus after a couple of months of discussion, they both finally wore Helen down. Jenna got a part-time job at the Heating, Ventilation & A/C shop after school.
