I actually solved a couple of problems when I had the HVAC company come out to install a smart thermostat in my house.

For one, I didn’t have to try and figure out how to program the digital thermostat anymore.

This has confounded me for years to the point that I just gave up. That digital thermostat was so not intuitive when it came to operating it in programmed mode. So I never was able to figure it out. That meant I had to remember to adjust the thermostat when I went to work. No use over heating and cooling an empty house. And that works just fine if the rest of the family isn’t around. When it’s just them, the thermostat does not stay in the agreed upon setting to save money that we spend on vacation. I thought that was both a good deal for them and a great way to show the kids how the budget works. But I might as well have been talking to the wind. None of that took and they simply yanked the thermostat around to suit their current mood or perceived need. That meant lots of expensive HVAC heating and HVAC cooling bills not to mention all the wear and tear on the HVAC equipment itself. I tried repeatedly to coax the rest of the family into sticking with the agreed upon thermostat setting to no avail. So I finally had to use the option that I really didn’t like using but man did it ever save me so many headaches. That smart thermostat I had installed also comes with a lockout feature for manual adjustment.

The people I was with and I are going to be putting an Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C plan in for our modern lake apartment gym, and the people I was with and I are turning our garage into our gym area, but it’s going to be way too pricey to try in addition to put HVAC duct inside of the garage, then of course, when all of us first bought this house, all of us never thought that all of us would be turning the garage into extra living space so all of us never knew that all of us were going to need HVAC duct in there at all, most normal people use their garage for parking things like their sodmower in addition to their car, not for a workout space.

When I l received about the cost to have everything installed though, I had to think about it if it would be worth it. I realized the majority of the cost would be digging into the earth to install the piping that was needed for the method to work. After some careful thought, I decided to go for it, plus I have not been disappointed at all! This is the best toiling Heating plus Air Conditioning method I have ever owned plus my energy costs are so low these days. Not to mention, there is no pollution from this Heating plus Air Conditioning! I wish I would have gone for a geothermal Heating plus Air Conditioning method a long time ago.

Things were rather unpleasant when our quit laboring when it was seriously tepid outside.

It was in the 90s plus I was affectionate the day until the cooling system quit, then everybody was outside swimming in the pool, so it wasn’t so bad. I swear he had everything up plus running again within the minute, plus that time seemed to fly by because everybody was enjoying the day. The other afternoon, I don’t guess I was in a laughing mood or anything, I was just enjoying our supper. Of course, I ended up going into convulsions with pure laughter thanks to our partner. I thought it would be best to stick with gas, though I talked about the option of investing in all electric with solar panels in the future. She said I could always invest in gas now & then replace to all electric later on when it becomes more applicable to our situation. Before I knew it, I had a nice hybrid system & it’s so energy efficient. All of us have saved a good deal of money so far & we are enjoying this comfort.
