The furnace was broken at the hotel, & I was very disappointed about it. I do not like it when there is something wrong with the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C program at the hotel. I pay superb money to be able to stay at a hotel, & when I am staying in a hotel, I expect to not have to deal with so several troubles with the furnace. However, the furnace was easily broken in the room. Usually, when people walk into their hotel room, the rooms are already pretty comfortable because the hotel sets the thermostat for you. However, when I walked into the hotel room that I was staying in, the room was really chilly. I tried to adjust the thermostat to get the room warmer, but the furnace wouldn’t turn on. I have no method what was wrong with the furnace, even though I decided to talk to the front desk about it, however apparently, they did not have an available room for us, so every one of us had to either stay in the hotel with a broken furnace or find a unusual hotel with our refund. At first, I was distraught about the inconvenience of having to find a unusual hotel, even though I realized that I would be very uncomfortable without a furnace. I packed up my stuff, & I was able to find a hotel with a laboring furnace. I didn’t unpack my stuff this time until I was sure that the furnace was laboring, & I am very glad that the furnace was laboring, and why don’t hotels take better care of their furnaces?
