My poor pet kitty has been having a bad problem with her flu symptoms lately. When I first got Ugly Girl, I took her to the veterinarian to be sure she was healthy plus to get her all the shots and vaccinations she needed. At that time, the vet told me that her breed of cats was highly prone to experiencing flu-like symptoms. She is now more than fivemonths seasoned plus she is regularly sneezing. The other morning she curled up on my pillow. Instead of hearing her soothing purrs, I heard her rattling wheezing. As soon as I got up in the day, I called her veterinarian. The office receptionist booked an appointment that same afternoon. When I took Ugly Girl in, the vet told me he had warned me about her being plagued with flu symptoms. I could not assume the wheezing was from flu symptoms. I told him she was regularly hanging out around the air vents. Ugly Girl enjoys the cool air coming from the air vents, when the air conditioning system is on. He asked how long it had been since I had my air duct cleaned. Since there were air ducts to carry the A/C from the device to the house, it was possible there was a lot of dust inside the air duct. The dust could be the source of Ugly Girl’s flu symptoms. As soon as I got home, I called the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier then asked to have someone inspect my air conditioning system device plus the air duct. I informed them I was afraid there was a lot of dust in the air duct that was causing Ugly Girl to be sick.
