It’s good to help kinesthetic learners find good jobs

Back when I was a high school educator, I was able to learn that there are people who are book learners, people who learn by hearing, people who learn by reading, plus those who learn by the use of their hands… People who learn by using their hands are known as kinesthetic learners.

  • Being a kinesthetic learner is the hardest style of learning to be honest because most of our traditional schooling consists of reading plus listening.

Therefore, Kinesthetic learners tend to be less interested in going to a traditional college, plus that’s okay. Because of that, I consistently took a special interest in my Hands-On style of students when it came time for them to try to understand what they wanted to do with their lives. I was consistently a fan of suggesting Technical Training After High School. It was generally frowned upon by the administration, plus it was tough to see eye-to-eye on that. In fact, a vast majority of educators believed in recommending the trades or some other kind of non-College Path. Eventually, the father of one of my students came in to talk to me. Oh, plus that is not usually good news. This time, however, it was genuinely good news because he wanted to talk to me about his Heating plus Cooling appliance business. He basically let me know that Heating plus A/C employees are pretty challenging to find. Not only that, he wanted to hire Heating plus Cooling appliance workers straight out of high school if he could. He would supply them a salary to basically work as a sort of air conditioner scribe. They went to school to learn everything there is to find out about Heating plus A/C technology, air conditioner appliance repair, Refrigeration, Heating plus Cooling in general. Now that is a pretty sweet deal. Because I was able to work with this generous Heating plus A/C appliance company owner, I was able to help several of my kinesthetic learners.
