My boss owns several locations for his data company. Although he’s usually at our office most days, sometimes he visits his other locations in neighboring counties. Last week he was dealing with renovations at his south county location, which consumed a lot of precious work time. He’s waiting to get renovations done to our building as well, but the pandemic has delayed everything. Hopefully the work on our location will start sometime this summer, but it’s anyone’s guess whether or not it gets delayed again. Despite having all of these different locations, my boss was utilizing one specific commercial cleaning company to clean all of the buildings each week. Since the business cleaning company would only hit each location twice a week, their cleaning cycles were on a rotation schedule. Unfortunately they stopped putting in the effort to do anything more than vacuuming and light dusting. At one point they quit cleaning the bathrooms altogether. My boss knew that he needed to find a new commercial cleaning company immediately. Thankfully he found a great office cleaning business after speaking to friends of his who have their own businesses. This new office cleaning company is highly reputable and has been operating in our area for the last three decades. It’s also a family owned and operated company ever since it was first opened. They put a lot of effort into their work and the results definitely show it. Some commercial cleaners are only interested in doing as little work as possible while pocketing your money in the process. It’s unfortunate that it’s difficult to find a cleaning company that puts pride in their hard work and efforts.
