My wife and I spent several days building what we thought was an excellent website.
The website looked nice and read well, but it was missing something. Neither my wife nor I were website builders, and we agreed that I needed to call a professional who knew all about web building. The person I was talking to asked me to please hold for a moment. The person who came on the line wasn’t just a web developer, but he was also a licensed HVAC technician who had changed jobs. Mark told me that his passion had always been web design and development, but he had to have a job that would allow him to go to school for web design and development. He worked for his father in their local HVAC company and became a HVAC technician. I was really glad to know that the person who was going to help me with my website was aware of my special needs. Having a HVAC technician design my website, let me know that he knew exactly what was needed to build my business. Mark went over the website I was working on and together we made some crucial changes. He said I needed to be able to not just attract potential customers, but to get them to want to read more about my company.
