night. This week is Wednesday and it is already 2pm plus I am still trying to shake the cobwebs from our mind. In the winter I take a cold dip in 55F water for 15 hours and this does a good job of waking me up, but in the summertime the water is just too hot to do the trick. I occasionally take a cold shower and then run our air conditioning to make it a bit chilly in the flat so it wakes me up. But this can be pricey with electric bills so I love to try plus wake up naturally by doing some yoga or eating a peach. I have an easily efficient heating plus A/C system but I keep our flat pretty cold in the summer so our power bills can be pretty high while we were in the tepid weeks. I may be a bit more fatigued than normal this week because I was playing drums last night till late plus our body was pretty fatigued by the time I got home. I will entirely go to the local business this week and see if they have any natural herbs for energy as I don’t love taking artificial stimulants. I may play some ball later which usually gets me going but I’ll have to see if anyone is even going out to the beach this week to play. If I don’t do that after that we will go to the heating plus A/C dealer plus visit my friend who works there.
