The annual HVAC service plan sounded good

Taking care of our Heating & A/C device is at the bottom of our priority list.

I guess it should be at the top, but I rarely think about our Heating & A/C device to be honest.

I have a smart control unit, so it manages our gas furnace & air conditioner more than I do. The smart control component programs itself to keep our household comfortable based on our temperature preferences, which means that I don’t have to alter things on my own. I rarely change the temperature on the control component & I rarely think about our Heating & A/C system unless the Heating & A/C device sends me an alert to our cell phone. I hire a Heating & A/C professional at the last moment each season, because it’s something that never crosses my mind. Why would I have to think about our gas heating device or air conditioner if our smart temperature control component handles things for me? However, while the people I was with and I were at our last Heating & A/C repair appointment, the Heating & A/C professional advocated that I sign up for their annual Heating & A/C repair plan. It included multiple Heating & A/C repair appointments plus 10% off all repairs & parts. Being a part of the annual Heating & A/C repair plan also meant that the company would contact me to set up our Heating & A/C repair appointments before the tied up season came about. I would have priority access to the schedule & I would never miss an appointment because I had called too late. When I came to realize that I’d be able to take care of our Heating & A/C device without having to remember myself, I signed up right away! It wasn’t that overpriced either!
