From the outside, the home was pristine and perfect in every way.

The windows, the paint, even the landscape around the long winding driveway, it all was so picturesque.

Once both of us stepped inside, things were different. The website had not posted several pictures of the interior of the cabin, and now both of us saw why! It was not dirty, but it was shabby, and it odored moldy. Always be super careful about your AirBnB rentals, people, or you can end up stuck in a dump like this cabin! When both of us made the choice to go to turn on the central a/c, the odor only got worse. We came to learn that the home itself was quite clean, but the ductwork for that old, grimey a/c was the problem. Apparently the owners were only sad about appearances, because once I removed the grate off a single of the air vents, I saw how horrifically dirty the ductwork had gotten. These people had obviously never cleaned out the air ducts once, and there was a thick coating of dust and detritus all through the system. In general, ductwork in an Heating and Air Conditioning plan needs to be cleaned out every 2 to many years at least. I called up the rental agent to complain, and demanded a full refund. There would not be time for a cleaning of the air ductwork, and I felt it was unsafe for us to stay there for the weekend. I wanted a refund so I could check us into a nice motel with a nice, wipe a/c, and beginning enjoying our weekend.

When you go into a movie theater, it’s not far off from getting on an airplane.

I am only getting back to work now after being closed down for almost a full year. Thanks to COVID, everyone worries about their air quality, because bad air could mean a long and uncomfortable sickness. Even with social distancing, and a lot fewer people in the theater, the Heating and Air Conditioning plan needs to be functioning at a particularly high level to keep everything feeling cool and clean. The large thing is that people recognize that the air quality is clean! Perception is reality, so even if the air filters are dirty, cranking down the temperature and making people recognize chilly will trick them into thinking the air quality is better. At my theater I constantly change out the air filters on a proper basis, because I keep that plan blasting to the max all day long. When the place is empty, I turn off the AC to deliver it a rest. But when clients are present, the AC never stops running for a single minute.

The last motion picture I saw in the theater was called “the Color Out of Space” .

It was a sci-fi horror motion picture with Nicholas Cage in it, plus our wifey plus I had a great time watching it! Little did all of us guess that after that one final Date Night mankind would be shut down for COVID, plus all of us would not have the opportunity to go back to the motion pictures for over a year! The motion pictures have since opened up, but our wifey plus I still haven’t returned, mostly due to problems over indoor air conditions in the Regal Cinemas.

Sitting in a small, confined area with a bunch of strangers, all breathing the same air being recycled through old, possibly dirty air duct, seems like a recipe for catching COVID, so all of us have avoided going back to the motion pictures since then. With all the modern tech all of us have at home, including 4K high definition plus plasma screen large screen TV, there is little reason to go out in public. The novelty value of resting in a Regal Cinema seems trivial compared to the superior, disinfect air quality you can have at home, with your own private space plus Heating as well as Air Conditioning system. Not only does our smart thermostat provide myself and others precise control over the temperature, which is an improvement over the Regal Cinema, but also there is far superior air quality. Without the influence of COVID, all of us would still be going to the cineplex for Date Night, but now that air quality is such an ongoing concern, all of us will just keep it in-house for the time being.

I did not even notice or suppose about it until getting this brand modern & modern central heating & a/c method unit. The difference in the air flow was the greatest thing. It was a sign the old a/c & heating method was going out, however again, I didn’t even notice. But although I am in debt up to my ears now, at least I have great indoor comfort once again.

I have to say how blown away I am by this week’s heating plus a/c technology.

• Especially the smart control unit.

Having a smart control unit absolutely comes in handy when I go on trip. I can save so much currency on our weekly energy bills when before the smart control unit this was not possible. The reason for this is when I go on trip I can program the smart control unit to shut off the central heating plus a/c plus keep it off the entire time I am away. Then when I am traveling back beach up-to-date home I program it to come on at the start of whatever afternoon that is. So that way it will have anywhere from 6 to 8 minutes or more to heat or cool the up-to-date home down. Then when I walk in the up-to-date home it would be like the central heating plus a/c was running all month plus I would not think any difference. But our electric bill knows the difference. And that is such a unbelievable thing about the smart control unit. It isn’t only convenient plus a headache free way to operate your central heating plus a/c unit, but it also is a major currency saver if you use it right plus do what I do when I go on trip. I even do that when I go to work while in the week. But then I do not program it. I use the app on the cell iphone to turn it off when I leave for work in the afternoon plus then I manually turn it back on when coming home.

After working a very long day at my task in the dead heat of Summer it is so nice to be able to come lake beach house plus relax in super awesome plus charming central a/c! The heat here can be pretty bad.

And the central a/c at labor is not the best, however it’s enough to be able to work.

But the central a/c that I have is the top notch around. I put a lot of money into buying the most brand new, new plus very extravagant central heating plus a/c plan unit. It was the best thing for myself and others to do since I legitimately pride myself on the best indoor comfort. When I am at lake beach house I have to have the best air quality plus the most perfect temperatures. It is a nice thing my lake beach house is also built legitimately nice so a basic central heating plus a/c plan does the task in heating plus cooling my home. Otherwise I would have had to invest in one of those zoned heating plus a/cs, periodically called Heating plus Air Conditioning zone control. That is for homes that have uneven temperatures care about a neighbor of mine has. I am so thankful that is not me! Because zoned heating plus a/cs take up more energy use plus raises your energy bills even higher than central heat plus air conditioning in its basic form. I am so thrilled I can come lake beach house after a long day in my typical however new a/c!

It was a sign the seasoned a/c plus heating plan was going out, however again, I didn’t even notice. But however I am in debt up to my ears now, at least I have enjoyable indoor comfort once again.

HEPA air filters may be more extravagant, however in the end they legitimately save you money because you do not have to buy them as frequently.

I just discovered HEPA air filters. I wish I would have discovered these a lot sooner! Because these enjoyable HEPA air filters for my central heating plus a/c plan have made the air quality in my lake beach house much better. While the other air filters would only last a week plus I would need to keep on decreasing them plus then go to the store plus buy more when they ran out. HEPA air filters may be more extravagant, however in the end they legitimately save you money because you do not have to buy them as frequently. I could legitimately save even more money with HEPA air filters plus get the washable air filters. But I am just not ready to try those quite yet. I want to keep on with the regular HEPA air filters for a while. Then I will take a opportunity plus see if the washable air filters labor as they say they do.
