I really am fortunate to have such good people residing just down the street from me and our family.

The couple I am referring to are just charming people with so much to offer.

They are modern to homeownership as they are just starting their adult life journey. It’s really sweet to witness. These young people are consistently eager to lend a hand to all those in the city. That is something that I just prefer to see as I see less and less of that. Our neighborhood isn’t super rich or anything. However, it’s a planned community and it’s not cheap to live hear. This young couple is really stretching their budget just to own their home. However, they look at their lake house as an investment and home. These kids have such a good attitude and so much going for them. That is why I am so incensed at how our HOA is treating them. It’s almost a form of harassment. Their property is consistently neat and tidy. The lake house could maybe use some paint however that’s it. However, the HOA is making a big odor over the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit these kids have. It’s an older model and has faded from sunlight exposure. The HOA is threatening fines and legal action if they don’t replace it. This is absurd. I felt that is was almost a duty to defend these young people. I am an attorney and will be taking on the HOA over this impossible abuse of power.

It’s genuinely crazy, however that is just how our home is built, but it also is amazing how the morning after the storm hit, it went from over 1 hundred degrees to near below cold. Talk about uneven temperatures!

I had a unquestionably odd experience the other day when I was pulled over by a cop.

He told me he wasn’t going to write me a ticket or anything for our tail light, although he said that I should get that fixed right away so that I would not be pulled over again. He then apologized for taking our time, but I said it was no big deal. I was truthfully just glad that there wasn’t any severe issue going on. Then he got back out of our car & went on his way. When I got up-to-date home & told our wifey that the police officer who pulled me over wanted to hang out in our car & care about our air conditioner, she thought I was just joking.

 

Quality air conditioner

The other afternoon when I went to the store, I was going there to option up some air filters, but i was actually surprised when I ran into a guy outside of the store who was selling HEPA air filters.

I usually get pleated air filters because the HEPA air filters are constantly so fancy.

I was surprised when I l earned that this guy was selling HEPA air filters for a genuinely good price. He had all the odd sizes plus everything plus he had our size available to fit our Heating plus A/C system! Instead of even going into the store, I just bought a pack of HEPA air filters from this guy plus I was not disappointed! I realize it was kind of shady just buying air filters from some random guy at a storefront, although I was cheerful with the deal I was able to get. I genuinely don’t assume if he stole these goods or what, however at least I got a better deal than I was expecting… When I swapped out our aged air filter with the new HEPA air filter, I abruptly noticed a difference with the air quality in our house, the air quality kept on getting better as the Heating plus A/C system was working with the new HEPA air filter. I was thinking it would be nice to constantly get HEPA air filters, although I genuinely don’t want to have to pay such a sizable amount of currency for them, perhaps I will get fortunate plus end up running into that guy again, plus after that all of us can buy more HEPA air filters for an amazing price!

Ever since I purchased a automobile that has air conditioner in the seats, everybody either wants to go for a ride with me or ask me questions about our climate control system.

I didn’t genuinely mind all the attention I was getting at first, but after awhile it started to get old, however now when people are asking me if I can take them to unusual locales, I will refuse. The only people I am taking for a ride are our partner and adolescents and people who are entirely fine friends of mine. If you are not genuinely in our circle, after that I am not helping you out. If all these people want to get rides to locales with air conditioner in the seats, they can request an Uber that has the same style of automobile that I have! Seriously, I don’t know it’s that rare for people to have air conditioner in the seats, but and it’s not prefer these people can’t just pay somebody to install air conditioner in their seats, I’m sure that can actually be done though it might cost a large amount of currency.

My friend Kyle is leaving in the morning to go home for a few afternoons plus I gave to drive with the guy! His Mom is really sick plus she needs to be admitted to the hospital, then kyle is leaving school to go home, but the drive is about 14 hours.

• There is no way for Kyle to safely drive the distance on his own, especially since he is frustrated about his Mom.

Kyle is a wonderful roommate plus an even better friend, so I want to be there for the guy. He was really happy when I told him that the Dean provided myself and others special permission to miss the week of classes! My Biology teacher even provided myself and others the book test to work on while both of us were in the trip. He told myself and others to SMS the pages when I finish. I also get an extra week to work on our project for art class. Both of us leave first thing in the morning. I’m not terribly gleeful about the drive, because both of us have to take Kyle’s car. It doesn’t have any heat. Both of us lost the heat last weekend on our way home from a hockey game. Kyle still hasn’t figured out how to fix the heat, but now both of us have to use the car to drive 1200 miles. Hopefully someone will be able to help us when both of us go back to Kyle’s hometown. It’s about twenty degrees colder there plus I do not think how more than 2 afternoons both of us will be away from school. It would be wonderful if Kyle could get the problem fixed while both of us are away, so both of us do not have to drive back home separate from heat.
