Taking care of our Heating, Ventilation & A/C machine is at the bottom of our priority list.
I know it should be at the top, however I rarely even stop to think about our Heating, Ventilation & A/C machine.
I have a smart thermostat, so it manages our oil furnace & a/c machine more than I do! The smart thermostat programs itself to keep our residence comfortable based on our temperature preferences, which means that I don’t have to modify things myself. I rarely adjust the temperature on the thermostat & I rarely even think about our Heating, Ventilation & A/C machine unless the Heating, Ventilation & A/C machine sends me an alert to our cell phone. I hire a Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional at the last minute every single season, because it’s something that I never think about! Why would I have to think about our oil furnace or a/c machine if our smart thermostat handles all of that for me? However, while we were in our last Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair appointment, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional made the suggestion that I sign up for their annual Heating, Ventilation & A/C maintenance plan. It included 2 Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair appointments plus 10% off all repairs & parts. Having the annual Heating, Ventilation & A/C maintenance plan also meant that the supplier would contact me to arrange our Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair appointments before the busy season arrived. I would have priority access to the schedule & I would never miss an appointment because I had called somewhat late. When I realized that I’d be able to take care of our Heating, Ventilation & A/C machine without having to remember easily on my own, I signed up in a jiffy! It wasn’t super high-priced either!
