It’s supposed to be nice to cool down and then warm up the joints that are in pain to help reduce the swelling and aid in blood flow and healing. I usually just set my wireless temperature control to a high setting before going on my swim so the apartment is nice and warm for me when I come home. Then I turn it off and use the small space gas furnace to do the finishing touches on my body.
