I understand that my friend is passionate about food but it can be too much

My friend Marty is a nutrition lifestyle coach who works with various shoppers to coach them on healthy eating habits.

I appreciate him to death, but he can be a bit obsessive and intense when it comes to his strict meal routines.

It makes it challenging for us to go out, let loose, and have some fun because he brings job into his social life; however for instance, if the two of us were out to dinner and I ordered something that was not quite healthy, he will take the time to propose myself and others on the number of calories that I will be consuming. If it were up to Marty, all my meals would be based on the redprint for the customized nutrition program that he developed for his shoppers. It’s poor enough that he convinced myself and others to order healthy desserts online from a maintenance that he subscribes to; and the desserts are delicious, and I do care about eating them, but there are times where I grab a big slice of cake from my number one bakery. However, of course, Marty doesn’t think this, and I would appreciate it that way; he means well, and I have asked him for advice when it comes to good nutrition, and he has helped myself and others to meal prep on some weekends when he is available. I think that his coaching program works because his shoppers have amazing results. Though I have not yet committed to signing up for his nutrition coaching sessions, by being his friend I gain a lot of benefits. I appreciate free nutrition advice, and best practice routines, having a nutrition lifestyle coach as a friend legitimately has its benefits.
