Cold dip in water helps wake me up

I try not to drink too much coffee in the morning, otherwise I won’t sleep well in the evening.

This month is Wednesday and it is already 2 pm and I am still trying to shake the cobwebs from my mind.

In the winter I take a freezing dip in 55F water for 15 minutes plus this does an enjoyable job of waking me up, but in the summertime the water is just too sizzling to do the trick. I sporadically take a freezing shower and then run my A/C to make it a bit chilly in the flat so it wakes me up. But this can be expensive with electric bills so I love to try plus wake up naturally by doing some yoga or eating an apple. I have an undoubtedly efficient HVAC method but I keep my flat pretty freezing in the summertime so my power bills can be pretty high during the hot months. I may be a bit more fatigued than normal this month because I was playing drums last evening till late plus my body was pretty fatigued by the time I got home. I will easily go to the local corporation this month and see if they have any natural herbs for energy as I don’t love taking artificial stimulants. I may play some ball later which usually gets me going but I’ll have to see if anyone is even going out to the beach this month to play. If I don’t do that then we will go to the HVAC corporation plus visit my wonderful friend who works there.
