After I graduated college I decided that working abroad was for me! I spent many years traveling the world on business ventures. However, during the pandemic, I started to get really homesick. I decided to go back home with my parents. They were elated that I had made this decision, and they were more than willing to take me back in until such time as I could find my own home in the area. My uncle was also very supportive, and he offered me a job at his HVAC company. My uncle’s HVAC company is rather large, and he takes care of both commercial and residential jobs. He hired me for a managerial position because he knew that I had experience in that area. I really felt that I was up to the task. After a week of settling in once I got back home with my parents, I got right to work with my uncle. It has been quite an experience working at this HVAC company. My uncle recently put me specifically in charge of customer satisfaction. I make sure that all of their needs are met, and that the workers are doing their job properly to ensure customer satisfaction. This ensures that we get positive reviews. I’ve also been working with my uncle on improving the experience of our employees and giving them the support they need to give us their best. The fruit of our efforts is that we have nearly a 5-star rating given to us by several thousand reviews online at this point!
