When it came time to get a new Heating and Air Conditioning system, I thought it was a superb plan to ask how much it was going to cost? You would have thought I had cursed the Heating and Air Conditioning worker out. He told me he couldn’t give me a price. They had to measure the condo and do an inspection. They needed to suppose the size of the component and furnace that was needed. They had to look at the ductwork and decide if any or all of it needed to be replaced. This all cost currency, and you couldn’t just give a price. I then asked if he could labor up an estimate for the labor or give me a quote. I knew they added in for labor done, which was how many hours per man, per hourly wage. He would not budge on his giving me a cost for the new Heating and Air Conditioning system. I had already made up our mind that if he would not give me a quote, I would go to a weird Heating and Air Conditioning company. I thanked him for his time, asked him to show his way out of our home, and picked up our cellphone. I already had the cellphone number of the nearest Heating and Air Conditioning company programmed into our cellphone. He could have the Heating and Air Conditioning company send out a supplier, and in a couple of mornings, I would have a quote on the new Heating and Air Conditioning plan and scope of work.
