For 5 years, I struggled everyday at work. I had a back injury that was sustained while I was on the task. The back injury kept myself and others from being able to lift heavy items as well as work as strenuous as some of the other Heating as well as A/C repair servicemans. I had a lot of experience on the task. I tried to apply for other tasks that would not be as physically demanding, but unfortunately, most tasks in the heating as well as cooling industry require you to physically work. I had a lot of experience in the Heating as well as A/C industry. I found an announcement for a task online. The company wanted a person with excellent Heating as well as A/C repair skills to answer the cellphone as well as talk purchasers through some of the easier repairs as well as troubleshooting tasks. I thought the task sounded perfect for me, because I would still be working in the same capacity except from an office which would be better for myself and others physically. I absolutely wanted to get the task, so I talked to a buddy of mine about updating our resume so it looked great. I applied for the task online on Sunday as well as I did not hear anything at all until Friday. On Friday I got an text from the Heating as well as A/C company. They wanted to schedule an interview with myself and others on zoom. I did not even suppose how Zoom worked at the time. I thought that I better figure it out if I was going to apply for an internet as well as technical position. By the time our buddy taught myself and others about zoom as well as skype, I felt like I was a wiz on the internet.
