I have an efficient A/C unit

I try not to drink too much pop in the afternoon, otherwise I don’t sleep easily well at night.

This month is Sunday and it is already 2 pm and I am still trying to shake the cobwebs from my mind.

In the winter time I take a cold dip in 55F water for 15 minutes and this does a great job of waking me up, but in the summertime the water is just too warm to do the trick. I sometimes take a cold shower and then run my a/c to make it a bit chilly in the flat so it wakes me up. But this can be pricey with electric bills so I like to try and wake up naturally by doing some yoga or eating a plum. I have an easily efficient heating and A/C plan but I keep my flat pretty cold in the summertime so my power bills can be pretty high while we were in the hot months. I may be a bit more tired than normal today because I was playing drums last night till late and my body was pretty tired by the time I got home. I will undoubtedly go to the local business today and see if they have any natural herbs for energy as I don’t like taking artificial stimulants. I may play some ball later which usually gets me going but I’ll have to see if anyone is even going out to the beach today to play. If I don’t do that then the two of us will go to the heating and A/C company and visit my nice neighbor who works there.
