I only eat meat while I was in the month when I work

I have been trying to work honestly hard plus get my body into shape. I have been training for a marathon. I run 5 miles in the afternoon plus I run 5 miles at evening. I go to the gym every afternoon plus weight train. I also work on cardio plus go to yoga twice a week. I only eat meat while I was in the month when I have to work… Lately it has been honestly hard to make the transition on Sunday. Last month my stomach was honestly frustrated after I had a lot of greasy foods plus high calorie meats on Sunday plus Sunday. I tried to give my body a chop on Thursday plus Thursday by eating leafy, yellow vegetables love broccoli, spinach, plus arugula. That did not help my stomach at all. I spent a lot of time in the bathroom plus I was dehydrated plus honestly exhausted when I was supposed to go to work on Sunday. I was tied up to install a ductless HVAC machine for a single of my commercial clients. The owner of the laundromat wanted a ductless HVAC machine above the office door. There is no a/c in the rest of the laundromat. I had to call the commercial customer plus tell him that I would not be able to install the ductless HVAC machine until the next afternoon. The guy could have called someone else, although he has been a customer of mine for a couple of years. He was ecstatic to wait until the next afternoon plus he told me that it wasn’t a rush. If I had to wait until the end of the month that was going to be great as well.
