I am a blue collar type of man, & that’s what my family has been traditionally! My dad & his whole family worked various factory jobs, & all my siblings & cousins worked similar types of jobs.
The bunch of us just weren’t the type of family that did things similar to “go to college” or “move away from the home town.” So I don’t get how I ended up with such an expensive, white collar liberal child.
She was still my princess no matter what, & we easily are the best of friends. She just seems to be cut from an odd cloth. Both of us are construction crew people, & she is a high rise architect! That’s not just an analogy, either, she legitimately is an architect, & I am a foreman with a construction dealer. Well not long ago she hit me with a bombshell, & had the desire to have me to come & task for her as a general contractor. She said that she consistently wished to task with me, since she was a kid. She knew she could never do construction work though, but now that she was a highly paid & proper architect, she wanted to task with me & my construction crew to build her superb designs… You better believe I jumped at the amazing opportunity, but I wasn’t sure I was actually ready to be a general contractor like that. My child believed in me, but I was still a foreman & had never been a general contractor. Together we were able to initiate a series of construction projects, & I have to say I have never been happier to do this type of work.
