It was strange to me when my indoor air quality suddenly started getting worse and worse. I had never had problems with it before and so I was unsure as to why I was having problems now. I thought I would solve this problem by purchasing an air cleaner to purify my air. But I soon found out that even with three air purifiers in my home, it wasn’t doing the trick. I had one in the living room, one in the bedroom, and one in the kitchen. Confused, I decided to call up my local heating and cooling company to ask why my indoor air quality had gotten so bad. I scheduled an appointment to have a HVAC technician come out and take a look at what was going on. When the heating and cooling specialist arrived, the answer became very clear. The problem was with my ductwork. My ductwork was in desperate need of a cleaning, and my air ducts were clogged and filthy. The HVAC technician began to clean my ductwork and while he was there, I went ahead and paid for a ductwork sealing and some HVAC tune-ups. After everything was paid for and he left, it only took a few hours for me to notice the change. My air was so much more clean, and was extra clean even, since I still had the air purifiers. I was so happy to be able to breathe clean air again. It had such an impact that I decided to have the tune-ups and ductwork cleaning performed annually. Amazing what a simple cleaning can do!
