I recently closed shop because business went down & I could no longer afford a rented store to run our business.
I had to fit in all the equipment I had in the store in our a single automobile garage.
It was barely enough but I made it work, so now I usually park in the street close to our house… My greatest challenge as an Heating & A/C business working from lake apartment has been changing to working from lake apartment & having our family around all the time. My fiance is not a problem however our toddler kids & teenage son are always around, but since I repair & sell heat & A/C products, a lot of such equipment is all over the locale & I have suffered a few losses from breakages on a digital thermostat & a washable filter, then the measure I now have in locale only allows anyone who wants to learn how to be a heating dealer, into our lake apartment office. Interestingly, even our neighbors come around to spend time or see myself and others assemble gas furnace/heater repair parts & equipment! Now I drive around with our teenage son & his 2 friends as our trainees when I go out to install or repair an electric furnace or buy parts from a nearby local business. I also get side jobs to help repair nearby homes although they have an Heating & A/C repair method from their providers, they still supply myself and others a chance to help them with their central heating systems or assess their air quality. Sometimes I get overwhelmed to the point of calling in an extra professional cooling system expert or heating business depending on the task at hand. I always make sure I deliver quality heating & air results after every service.
