He undoubtedly prefers his job and working as a commercial roofing specialist. He used to just do residential roofing, despite the fact that he decided pretty early on that he would appreciate working with dealers rather than individuals. I think when you’re working with commercial roofing contracts, it’s a lot easier occasionally. It makes sense when you believe about it; When you’re doing work with a good amount of different residential clients, they’re going to be dealing with all odd kinds of roofing and gutters, not to mention lavish roof restorations that are with some older homes, however joel literally hated getting calls from people saying that they wanted him to come and supply them estimates on roof replacements and restorations on older places. He wouldn’t stop turning down roofing clients one after the other, and that’s when he finally decided that residential roofing was not the job for him! Now that he’s working as a commercial roofing specialist, he has so much less stress to deal with, then so many commercial buildings use the same sort of roofing and gutters and they aren’t even close to as worked up about what the outside of their building looks like as homeowners are. I’m blissful that he decided to switch to commercial roofing.
