I cannot believe that the HVAC technician broke my furnace.
What am I going to do without my furnace now? The only thing that I needed the HVAC technician to do was to fix a very simple problem with my furnace.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything hard about fixing my furnace. The furnace was working properly, but I knew that I was going to have to replace the capacitor on my furnace, and that was what I was working on. I could have replaced the capacitor myself, but I had the stuff to do, so I figured that I would just call the HVAC technician to have him replace the capacitor. Apparently, the HVAC technician was interested in trying to find more work to do, so he began snooping around my furnace to try to find a problem. While he was working on the furnace, he broke something in my furnace. The problem caused the furnace to turn off completely, and the furnace wouldn’t come back on until the furnace was replaced. The HVAC technician tried to claim that the furnace broke spontaneously, but I knew better. I called the owner of the HVAC company, and he figured out what happened with the furnace. The HVAC company paid for the repair, and the HVAC technician was fired. He shouldn’t have been trying to fix extra things on my HVAC unit, but the worst part was that he tried to lie about the furnace. The lying is the reason that he got fired. Now, I have to wait for the part to come in before I can use my furnace.
