We are buying a house although I want to make sure that the 1 that we end up with has a fireplace in it.
We have been in the market for a house for quite a while now so we have seen a whole lot of cabins over the past few months. My partner is easily insistent upon the fact that the house has central air conditioner in it, however that seems to be fairly typical in most of the places that we have looked at so far. I was truthfully kind of surprised about that fact, since all of these cabins that we have been looking at are way up in the mountains. It easily doesn’t ever get all that sizzling up there & so I was a little surprised about the fact that central air conditioner is so prevalent & readily available in them. On the other hand, I have also been surprised to find that most of the cabins that we have looked at have legitimately not had a fireplace in them at all. Whenever I think about a house in the woods, truthfully, the first thing that I think about is a wood burning fireplace. I don’t think what these builders were thinking whenever they made these cabins without any type of fireplace at all. You would think that even if they didn’t have a gas log fireplace, they would have installed a wood burning fireplace just for the whole ambiance of the cabin. Most of these places legitimately have a little wood stove or pellet stove inside for heating the cabin. It’s harder than I thought it would be to find 1 with a fireplace.
