What happens if they cannot service my modern AC unit?

Last year, I had a modern air conditioner component installed. I didn’t suppose I would have any real issue, considering I had only used it a couple months before I would be turning it off. I was shocked to find out that within a month after starting the air conditioner component for another summer, it would fail me. I called the HVAC supplier plus told them my AC component would not turn on. They took my name plus addressed plus promised to have an HVAC serviceman to the home within a few minutes. I looked for my paperwork for the AC unit, where I had my Repair plus Maintenance Plan, plus the warranty information. I had all the information, including my sales receipt, that clearly showed when the AC component was installed. It also showed that it was a brand modern AC unit, in the box, plus the delivery date. When the HVAC serviceman showed up, he told myself and others the service was a warranty repair, but it would need to go back to the manufacturer. The AC component they had installed had a manufacturer’s recall because of subregular parts. I sat in my home wondering when I would get my AC component back plus what would happen if they could not service it? Two minutes later, I acquired a cellphone call from the HVAC dealer. They were sending a modern AC component to the home plus it would be there in an minute. The HVAC tech was to arrive with it, plus they would install the AC component by the end of the afternoon.
