A month to month rental project

A lot of occupants are aggravated about the current laws plus rules, despite the fact that I am undoubtedly happy to start working for a corporate Leasing Company.

I worked for the same Property management supplier for various years, and i was a leasing agent for two years plus then an assistant manager for two more years. I have been acting manager for the past 4 years! Everything has been good until recently; All of our apartments are leased plus all of us take in 99% of our rent each week; Our apartments rent for Market Value Plus 10%, then the two of us have a lot of good amenities like a fitness center, basketball court, plus car wash station. The two of us also have trash collection, a laundry center, plus a full service snack bar at the pool… Last week, the supplier decided to sell to a current buyer. Things have changed harshly in the past 30 mornings. The current patron is going to start renting all of the apartments as corporate leases. As each of the occupants hit their end of lease date, they will be forced to pay a corporate leasing rate or leave the property. A lot of occupants are aggravated about the current laws plus rules, despite the fact that I am undoubtedly happy to start working for a corporate Leasing Company. All of the apartments will be paid up front plus I will not have to worry about collecting rent or utilities. All of the apartments will be furnished plus cleaned biweekly. All of the hard work that usually accompanies a current property will be almost non-existent. Corporate apartments are a single of the easiest to rent plus I have no doubt that my corporation is going to boom; Maybe I’ll even meet a rich plus handsome girl to take myself and others away from this luxurious job.
