I have to confess that my partner was spot on when she recommended that both of us add a sunroom to our current retirement site; but initially, I thought she was sort of silly with that idea.
I mean both of us were residing in a region where both of us could spend the Winter outside, so I couldn’t really understand the appeal of adding a sunroom.
Yet, my partner was spot on with that entire system as she has been with other such ideas… She was really right to go with the latest in residential heating and A/C when both of us replaced the heating and A/C to sell our family home. I thought it would be a much better system to update the heating and cooling equipment with a cheaper version to save on the cost outlay… But she did all of the research on the heating and A/C and what people were looking for, then the current heating and A/C technology in the state of the art heating and A/C equipment was really a particularly giant and intense point of interest for prospective customers… But not only did both of us come out of the situation with a tidy profit, but it was beyond our wildest expectations; however, I still recognize it had to do with the heating and A/C equipment. So when that lady lobbied for a new sunroom, I sort of just had to go with it in the end. The sunroom is really perfect and it’s a lovely addition to our home. A heating and A/C company installed a ductless heat pump inside the sunroom. And this definitely allows us to have a/c in there when the Summer heat is at its worst. But the ductless heat pump also provides plenty of heating during our mild winter.
