One of the worst things is having to get emergency HVAC services. It wasn’t too long ago when I had our furnace split down on me in the middle of the winter. I couldn’t keep going without our oil furnace so I had no choice however to call for emergency HVAC services. When the HVAC specialist showed up to our house, she appeared to be extremely cranky like she entirely didn’t want to be there. When I asked him some questions about what she was doing, she acted like she didn’t even speak english. I believe that’s how much she didn’t want to talk to me. It was obvious to me that she was an english speaker because whatever she said trying to act like it was italian, it was more like gibberish. I suppose italian and this girl absolutely wasn’t speaking it! I even said something back to him in italian and she just provided me a look and stormed to the HVAC system, she was able to get our furnace up and running again, however she was cussing up a storm. That was another indicator that she spoke english because she knew all the cuss words just wonderful and she didn’t have an accent! I was especially disappointed when the HVAC specialist handed me the bill for the HVAC services and then she just walked out the door without uttering a word. I was at least thankful for a working oil furnace, but I don’t believe HVAC specialists should treat people like that, especially when the client is paying so much cash!
