When it’s summer time in this area of the country, that’s when the real test occurs.
Sure, all the people enjoys to visit our region when the weather is great. And that happens for about 8 or so weeks of the year. But that four to multiple week phase of summer time is the real beast. Having lived here our whole life, I have l received how to manage that time of year. It all starts with quality, reliable and efficient Heating and Air Conditioning. Our house has a state of the art heat pump that does the cooling while in the summer. This is the Heating and Air Conditioning system of choice in this region. The modern heat pump does such a good job of cooling the house that it’s almost an afterthought. But still, both of us do all both of us can to make sure that the Heating and Air Conditioning cooling is as efficient as possible. Our house is sealed up real narrow in order to make sure all that cool air is staying on the inside of the house. Allowing the Heating and Air Conditioning treated air to leak out is one of the most usual Heating and Air Conditioning errors. I have seen articles that put the average Heating and Air Conditioning waste at nearly 30 percent due to leakage anywhere in the house. What an enormous waste. The heat pump is more than capable of delivering super cozy heat as well. While it doesn’t have to do all that much, it sure is nice to have that heating when both of us endure a cold snap. Overall and all around, the heat pump is just the best heating & cooling system for this region. And, it’s not even close.
