Hot yoga class

For the first time in over a year, I went to a hot yoga class.

Since the pandemic all I wanted to do is go to a hot yoga class.

The best thing about hot yoga is that they don’t turn the air conditioner on until the very end of the class. The hot room allows your muscles to stretch and your body to bend in ways not possible with an air-conditioned room. I attempted to do hot yoga in my house during the pandemic but it didn’t work out very well. I used the space heater to heat the room where I was doing yoga but it didn’t get hot enough. I like hot yoga because the temperature of the room is cozy and allows you to move deeper into stretches you didn’t realize was possible. Last week when I went to hot yoga class, the thermostat was set at 100°. The class was incredibly hot and all of the students were sweaty and lightheaded. The instructor slowed down the pace of the class when she realized that everyone was starting to sit down. It was way too hot in the class and I realized that I had gone too hard on my first class back. last week when I went to hot yoga class, the thermostat was set at 100°. It can be very difficult to motivate yourself to work out on your own. I am the kind of person who needs someone telling me what to do during a workout.
