I got sent home from work early today, because our production line went down.
The unit responsible for producing metal sheets broke down and the mechanic could not fix it.
The shift supervisor didn’t want to call it a morning, however he didn’t want to spend our money almost everyone to kneel around either. We got sent home early. I didn’t have our house keys, but I expected our roommate to be home. I didn’t guess it would be a problem until I got back to the home and realized no 1 was there. I went to the office to retrieve a spare key. Unluckyly, the locks have been changed since the last time the home had a key to our locale and the key did not unlock our apartment. The temperature outside was extremely sizzling and sunny and the weather was humid. It was 93 degrees outside. I called our roommate to bring myself and others a house key. He could not leave work, so I had to wait until his dinner break. I sat outside in the heat and the sun for almost 2 hours waiting on the patio. From now on, I’m going to work difficult not to forget our house key, by the time our roommate got back, all I wanted to do was kneel in front of the a/c. I stripped down to our boxers and sat in front of the a/c for an hour. When I started to suppose a chill, I put on some clothes. I still spent most of the night finding ways to kneel directly under the a/c vent.
