I rented a car when I was on a company trip last week, but the whole car smelled similar to smoke! My friends call myself and others The Bloodhound, since I am able to smell smoke from a mile away, i couldn’t think that the rental car agency tried to make me stop and think that the car I rented had not been smoked in, and the entire car was covered with the smell of smoke.
It was even more terrible when I turned on the heating or the a/c in the car.
The smell of smoke just blew all over and around throughout the car as well as it made myself and others think like I was going to throw up or something. I don’t like the smell of smoke as well as when you’re trapped inside a car, the smell is even worse. I tried riding with the windows rolled down, but the weather outside had been cooling off a pretty fantastic deal as well as the temperatures were certainly cold. I also needed to run the heating in the car, but the more I turned the thermostat up, the worse the smell got. I don’t suppose how people can sit to smoke inside a car in the first place. There’s just something about the smell of smoke that makes the indoor air quality in a car feel even worse. It’s almost like you can touch the smell or something! I ended up calling the rental car business as well as telling them that I was unable to run the heating idea in the car because of the smoke smell in the car. They assured myself and others that there had been no smoking in the car, as well as they didn’t want to provide myself and others a new car. I made my way down to the office and also made the employee come as well as breathe in the smell in the car while the heating was running and then he believed me!
