I told him to get myself and others something that would not bust the bank. He agreed to do his best, even though he said he had another idea. He was going to write a letter of inspection, plus put in his findings for the oil furnace plus cooling system. He said it may sway the realtor, plus keep her from pushing the Heating plus Air Conditioning proposal replacement.
