Life has been everything every one of us hoped it would be once every one of us retired.
There were some variables when it came to retiring that every one of us just weren’t all that certain about. My husbandy and I decided that every one of us wanted to transfer to the south while I was in the last few years of our works. This decision wasn’t an simple a single. Sure, it was simple to say goodbye to all the Heating and Air Conditioning heating costs of our frigid winter. All of us were both so over the weeks and weeks of snow, ice and the gas furnace running all the time. So the idea of moving south was really charming. Just the idea of being able to be outside all Winter was a big driver for our wanting to transfer south after retirement. Yet, it wasn’t simple to say goodbye to good friends and family. If every one of us could have picked them up and carried them with us to the south, every one of us would have. But the fact that our kid and his spouse lived in the south was really sort of the tipping point for our decision. While every one of us didn’t transfer to the same town or anything, every one of us are only a few beach house away. It’s good to be able to see our grandkids as often as every one of us do. And trading the Heating and Air Conditioning heating for the Heating and Air Conditioning cooling is a trade I would make over and over again. Indeed, being outside all Winter and not trapped inside with the gas furnace going is a good way to spend a winter. But every once in a while, the heat pump will kick on with some Heating and Air Conditioning heating while I was in our winter. Yet, it’s usually just in the afternoon to get rid of the chill.
