So the heat pump it is
Well today officially marks my wife and I being without air conditioning for a month. Now you might be wondering why we are without A/C. Well it’s because we don’t have one. A month ago, my wife and I decided it was time to upgrade our HVAC system, so we had our old one removed. It was then we realized how big of idiots we were, because we removed the old A/C before buying a new one, and we had no idea what kind to buy. So my wife and I started discussing it, and we couldn’t come to an agreement. My wife wants to stick to the central air conditioner, but I wanted to try something new like a heat pump or radiant heated flooring. Since we are both stubborn, we both didn’t want to go with the other’s choice. After a month though, I sat down with my wife and we agreed to call a heating and cooling technician and discuss it from there. The A/C specialist told us the cheaper option would be the geothermal heat pump. I couldn’t resist telling my wife I told her so, and she rolled her eyes. So the heat pump it is. The A/C corporation was free, and we were able to have the new system installed the next day. It is so nice to have heating and air conditioning again, and to have the issue of deciding past us. Next time we go to get a new HVAC device installed, we’ll need to get a new one first before having the old one removed.
