Keep that hope alive as things have a way of laboring out.
I do my best to keep my expectations in check. Seems appreciate while I don’t consistently get what I want, I consistently get what I need. That song is so true. But when it came to continuing to live in apartments with lame Heating and Air Conditioning component and loud neighbors, I was nearing the end of my rope. However, I did my best to keep my chin up and keep on plugging away. That paid off in a really giant and most surprising way. A somewhat distant relation particularly ended up leaving myself and others a house. I mean one afternoon, I’m living in an apartment. The next afternoon, I’m a homeowner. Due to the fact that my job is just not all that high paying, I thought I was destined to rent forever. But thanks to a good aunt, I’ve got a house. Granted, the apartment needed a lot of work but it was structurally sound and sat on 10 acres. I could hardly guess it. In fact, I called the law office from the letterhead to be sure it wasn’t a joke. The apartment was indeed mine. And the first order of business to make it liveable was to get some wonderful residential Heating and Air Conditioning in that location. Since I wasn’t saving for a downpayment any longer, I could use my savings to get the sort of Heating and Air Conditioning component I consistently wanted. And I have to say that owning my own Heating and Air Conditioning component is as wonderful as I thought it might be.
