I consider myself lucky to have grown up plus went to such a superb middle plus high school and college! Not many teenagers from back in the 1970’s can say that they had superb colleges, but I can, and the single thing other than the superb staff that cared about us teenagers was the fact that they had the best darn heating around! Both of us would never have to worry about chilly in those chilly winters because they put their money into the biggest industrial oil furnace available in that era; however know me, I can even say that some of the best central heating today doesn’t even come close to the power plus comfort that the industrial oil furnace from that era offered us teenagers plus teachers back at my old high school in addition to college… Equally as well, towards the end of the college year when the start of the Summer was coming plus it was super hot, they also had the best commercial air conditioning system available in that era. The air conditioning system was so refreshing and kept the perfect air flow plus temperatures throughout the college… I had no complaints plus neither did anyone else. It was really because of that industrial oil furnace plus the super powerful commercial a/c that our college never had any troubles with teenagers splitting college! Even if they hated college as much as I did, you wanted to be there just to like the heating or the air conditioning system! Not many homes back then had central heating plus cooling, so the college was a superb way to get that!
