The air conditioner in my office is so annoying.
I try not to complain about the air conditioner in my office too much because I am super thankful that I at least have an air conditioner in my office.
The last place that I worked at gave me an office without air conditioning, and that was absolutely miserable. That, among several other reasons, is why I left that last place. I am thankful that my office now has an air conditioner in it, but it is still hard to work because the air conditioner is so old that it makes some really loud and strange noises. I just can’t seem to figure out why the air conditioner is making such loud noises, but I am afraid that it is going to drive me crazy. I have only had one other air conditioner in my entire life that has made that much noise. It is so annoying. I wish that I could throw the air conditioner out the window sometimes, but I have realized that it is better than having no air conditioner, so I choose not to throw the air conditioner. I did mention it to my manager one time, and she came in and looked at the air conditioner. She agreed that the air conditioner was obnoxiously loud, but she said that there wasn’t much that she could do about it since the air conditioner still worked. I understood, but I am still super annoyed with that air conditioner in my office. I bought ear plugs yesterday, and I am hoping they will help drown out the sound of the air conditioner.
