I care about a clean condo as much as the next guy.
But I’m also realistic about how clean our condo can get in addition to how long it can be that way.
I’m a single dad with 2 teenage sons. It’s basically everything I can do just to keep them in clean clothing. Actually, that’s not really how it goes at all. They do a fantastic job of pitching in to help with the property. Still, there’s not a lot of time for myself and others to hang out in the A/C sipping a beer either. But the group of us manage in addition to the condo is essentially always presentable in addition to that’s something I’ve tried to instill in the youngsters. They get it in addition to as I said, they honestly do their part. All of us normally take time on Thursday day to do the floors, deep clean the dining room in addition to do the bathrooms in addition to the showers. That’s not especially bad for us. So having the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning air ducts cleaned wasn’t truly high on our list of priorities. I’d heard about it over time. And there were times where I studied that it did improve the indoor air conditions of the property tremendously. So when I was given a free ductwork cleaning in addition to ductwork resealing as an office present, I thought what the hell. The Heating in addition to Air Conditioning crew was on time in addition to were able to get right to their work. They were finished in roughly 3 hours. I wasn’t expecting all that much. So when they left, I was sort of amazed just how incredibly clean the condo felt. And it was the air in the place.
