The two of us are going to be putting an addition on the home this summer… The two of us have been thinking about putting an addition on for a long time now.
The two of us definitely need a lot of extra space around here as our kids have been getting older.
Everyone is getting older & larger, including all of our kids’ friends & our giant cats! The two of us just assume savor both of us are packed into the home right now & both of us are going to be needing some extra space to spread out really soon. Since both of us are going to finally be able to afford it, both of us have decided to go ahead & build on some extra space. It’s going to be great, too. I can’t wait to have it finished because both of us are going to have a brand new wood burning fireplace installed in the new space too. I have always wanted to have a new wood burning fireplace, & I can’t wait to have our dream come true. Even better than that, it’s going to be in a certainly giant room that means both of us will be able to spread out & be together while both of us relax in the new room & watch TV or rest in front of the fireplace. The 1 thing that I’m upset about is the fact that both of us are going to have to figure out what to do about the HVAC plan in the addition. I’m not sure if our existing HVAC plan is going to be able to support all of the new square footage or not. The two of us may end up having to install an additional HVAC plan to help with heating & cooling the area.
