I live in a townhome in a pretty relaxing village, but I have been living here for a few years now it seems.
- It’s a quiet area as well as the neighbors are friendly.
I live in between 2 townhouses! The friend to my right has kids as well as the friend to my left has an adorable puppy, then lately, I have noticed that I haven’t heard the pet in a while, but he’s usually in the yard playing with his toys. Well, I didn’t actually provide it much thought until I noticed that my neighbor’s porch was cleared off as well as the blinds left open. When I stopped and glanced inside, I realized that the home was empty. To be honest, I had no system when my friend moved out… She was a single lady as well as was actually quiet, as well as with the exception of the puppy, I wouldn’t hear a thing. Well, I actually have been noticing that the air conditioner unit has been running a lot! And I am not sure if it should be running as much as it does, especially since the home is completely empty. It is superb that the cooling system is on as turning it off would be a disappointing system because it could create disappointing smells in the house! But when the home is vacant, the air conditioner setting should be adjusted. According to the Department of Energy, when you’re not home, the cooling system should be set at around 69 degrees but if the arena is vacant, it is commanded to turn the setting up an additional 10 to 15 degrees. This usually means the temperature control should be set around 88. I don’t recognize what my friend did when she moved out.
