Because we’re 20 feet above sea level, that’s how far into the earth the well drillers basically had to go. This portion was easily completed while the household builders were still tied up finishing the house. I had to contact a heating plus cooling supplier to install a heating device plus air conditioning system. They talked me into purchasing a gas powered boiler for my household, arguing that it’s a much better form of heat than fan-forced heating devices. The only concern is the boiler stopped working a month after I moved in. And the supplier that installed it keeps making excuses for not getting right out here to repair it. I relented plus ordered a temporary boiler rental while this incompetent Heating and Air Conditioning dealer fixes their setbacks with the existing boiler. Since it’s the midst of the winter, I can’t even go a single day without a boiler working or my pipes will easily freeze.
