It didn’t take long for myself and others to find the home of my dreams when I finally began the search.
I was eager to have a loft of my own, but I was not willing to settle for anything less than what I dreamed of.
Even before going into the house, I was sure it was going to be mine. It was the perfect gingerbread house. It was on the smaller side, but it was just right for a single or 2 people, plus I was the only person moving in. Once I got into the house, my ownership was imminent. The only stigma on the home was that it didn’t have air conditioner. The heating plan had recently been updated, plus I knew I was in my home. I was going to need to face the problem of no air conditioner when I was finally living in the house. Two months later, I was finally moving into my home. Summer was hastily taking over, plus I could recognize the heat invading my home. There were no trees around my loft to keep it shaded plus cooler, plus that had to be remedied. I called the HVAC supplier to get an estimate on the upgrade of an air conditioner unit. I then called the landscapers to have some pine trees strategically place around the property to provide myself and others the most shade. I couldn’t guess how hastily the HVAC serviceman arrived. He told myself and others which air conditioner he thought would be best plus then he did measurements. I wanted an AC component that would be energy efficient plus still able to cool my home. It didn’t take long to have my trees planted, or the air conditioner component installed.
