The people I was with and I should make this day a holiday.

For the first time since every one of us started using this Heating & Air Conditioning dealer, the Heating & Air Conditioning contractor arrived right on time.

It shocked me so badly that I dropped the dish I was washing.

I stood at the family room sink & watched him pull up, although I didn’t go to the door. The Heating & Air Conditioning dispatcher said he had a three-hour window, & gave me an approximate time of 2 PM for his arrival, supply or take an hour or multiple. He pulled into our driveway at exactly 2 PM. I told him I was going to put this date on the calendar & mark it as a holiday. He looked at me oddly, despite the fact that he didn’t say a word at that time. It wasn’t until he finished with the oil furnace & went over the bill with me, that he questioned what I said. I explained that whenever an Heating & Air Conditioning contractor came to the house, the three-hour window was constantly three hours after the arrival time. The people I was with and I talked about how most Heating & Air Conditioning contractors seem to be lax with their customers. When someone gives me an arrival time, I expect them to get there at that time. I have a schedule of our own, & if I’m not to labor on time, I can be penalized & lose money for the day. I didn’t believe it was honorablefor the labor rules to change for the Heating & Air Conditioning dealer. I understood emergencies happening & tasks taking longer than expected, but the call to announce should be made then, & not anticipated to happen. He apologized, but it wasn’t his fault.
